I've have been fortunate enough to work with people with disabilities and also people with chronic illness over a decade. You don't have to be familiar to any holistic therapies, all you need is a willingness to learn and grow.

At Yoga Steve, I am focused on providing holistic services with the highest levels of student / client satisfaction – I will do everything I can to meet your expectations.

About Me

Steve is a Sivananda advanced yoga teacher & stress management therapist. who uses the Yoga Vedanta philosophy.

I am also a British School of Yoga (BSY) Qualified Meditation Teacher. 

My Yoga Teacher training course started at the Sivananda Yoga Vedanta ashram in reith kitzbuhel Austria during a 4-week period in 2010, Teachings were based on the ancient Gurukula system.

Sivananda Yoga is a way to improve physical and mental well-being.

In September 2016 i took the Advanced Yoga Teacher Training Course in Ustka Poland over a one month's intensive training programme.

in 2014 i attended the sivananda Vedanta center ashram in London to take a certified course on yoga Stress Management.

I also attended the sivananda Vedanta center ashram in London may 2016 to further my knowledge with a certified course on yoga psychology.

My specialties are Yoga Nidra - meditation and deep relaxation therapy, which can help people find peace and serenity within one’s self. Yoga Steve has a Natural Meditative Voice that can help guide you into deep meditation / relaxation.

Adding to yoga Steve's holistic attributes Steve is fully qualified in Reiki. Steve is a master teacher who can train people in all levels of Reiki providing students with certification on completion.

Massage is another specialty of mine, back in September 2010 i qualified as a V.T.C.T World Class Qualification level 3 Swedish Masseuse, soon after that i took my deep Tissue Massage Course to further my experience. I then moved on to do a reflexology course.

I take the holistic approach to all my therapies so that you can achieve the goals of a healthy body, a balanced mind and inner peace. Yoga / Meditation / Relaxation / Massage / Reiki / Reflexology can help remove inner obstacles and gives us the fortitude to stay cool, calm and collected when confronted with the everyday challenges of modern life.
